Market outlook
Stable Outlook 7/10
Modern Ultra Rare full-arts usually move in a relatively stable range unless the character gains renewed popularity or the card becomes notably harder to find in high grade. Demand is supported by collector interest, but broad set supply limits sharp short-term spikes.
Next months. Likely to remain in a narrow trading range with modest fluctuations in raw and graded 10 prices.
Long term. Potential gradual appreciation if sealed Astral Radiance supply tightens and collector interest in Hisui-era cards continues, but major growth is more likely in high-grade copies than raw copies.
History
Hisuian Sneasler is the Hisui-region regional form of Sneasler, introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus as a fast, razor-clawed, Poison/Darkness-leaning predator associated with cliffside traversal and ambush tactics. The V card depicts it as a powerful Basic Pokémon V from the Sword & Shield era, reflecting its prominence as a modern Hisuian species rather than a classic Kanto-era Pokémon.
First released in English in Astral Radiance on May 27, 2022, as card 175/189 in the Sword & Shield expansion, in the Ultra Rare full-art slot.
- English card number 175/189 is the full-art Ultra Rare Hisuian Sneasler V from Astral Radiance.
- Illustrated by OKACHEKE, with a holofoil full-art printing.
- The card is a Basic Darkness-type Pokémon V with 190 HP and attacks Poison Claws and Dire Claw.

Collector notes
Condition. Check for whitening on edges and corners, especially the back border, plus surface scratches, print lines, centering issues, and any foil wear on the full-art textured surface. Ultra Rare full-arts are also prone to edge nicks from pack handling.
Storage. Use a penny sleeve plus a rigid top loader or semi-rigid holder, keep the card out of direct light and humidity, and store vertically in a binder or box with low friction. For graded-worthy copies, avoid repeated handling and use clean gloves or freshly washed hands.
Authenticity. Verify the texture, holo pattern, and card stock feel against a known authentic copy. Look for crisp text, correct set numbering 175/189, proper full-art texture, and consistent edge cut. Counterfeits often have flat foil, blurry text, incorrect saturation, or wrong back coloring.
