Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is widely regarded as the greatest basketball player of all time, a Chicago Bulls legend who won 6 NBA championships, 5 MVP awards, and revolutionized the sport with his athleticism, scoring prowess, and global cultural impact during the 1980s and 1990s.

First released in 1988 as part of the 1988-89 Fleer Sticker series in the United States, coinciding with Jordan's rising stardom in his fourth NBA season.

• This Super Star Sticker captures Jordan early in his iconic Bulls tenure, before his first championship.
• Part of a limited 11-card sticker insert set focused on NBA superstars.
• Highly sought after due to Fleer's status as producer of Jordan's flagship 1986 rookie card.

Condition. Inspect for sticker peeling, gum/oil stains from original packaging, centering issues, edge wear, and surface scratches; corners prone to dings due to thin sticker stock; common flaws include print defects and yellowing.

Storage. Store in protective top-loader or magnetic holder with soft sleeves; maintain in low-humidity environment away from light; avoid stacking to prevent adhesion.

Authenticity. Check for correct Fleer glossy finish, sharp registration, and UV-reactive inks; fakes often have dull printing or incorrect fonts; prefer graded/graded slabs; verify serial numbers on modern reprints if labeled.
