Market outlook
Stable Outlook 7/10
The card already has established collector recognition and relatively efficient market pricing, which usually leads to gradual appreciation rather than sharp spikes unless broader Black & White-era demand increases.
Next months. Likely to trade in a narrow range with modest fluctuations based on condition and grading demand.
Long term. Likely gradual appreciation if Black & White-era Full Arts remain popular, especially in higher grades.

Collector notes
Condition. Check for whitening on edges and corners, surface scratching on the holo/full-art finish, centering issues, and any print lines or dents. Full-art cards from this era often show edge wear and front-surface scuffs.
Storage. Use a penny sleeve plus semi-rigid or top loader, store upright in a cool dry environment, and keep away from direct light and humidity. Avoid friction against other cards because the full-art surface shows wear easily.
Authenticity. Verify the correct set symbol, number 98/101, font consistency, and holo/full-art texture. Counterfeits often have dull color, incorrect back coloring, poor cropping, or weak edge definition. Compare the card’s size, texture, and foil response to a known authentic copy.
